La Cuisine de Manou has been making a name for itself in Abu Dhabi since it opened its doors in November 2014.  Offering the capital’s residents, a different way of dining with a menu filled with homemade wonders and delights.

 

We love food! – making it, serving it and of course eating it! - and we believe this shines through our products and services, allowing us to deliver culinary excellence to our clients.  What sets us apart from the rest, is our 100% homemade menu, which offers tradition and authenticity with every bite. 

 

La Cuisine de Manou provides a full catering service in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and has experience in a variety of events from small soirées like private dinners and baby showers
to larger events such as weddings and corporate gatherings.

 

Our team is passionate about creating the perfect setup for your event, with exquisite presentation and attention to detail. We can also supply custom-made menus, floral arrangements, tables, cutlery, crockery, glassware and linens to compliment your event.

About Manou

Manou Magnin, is a passionate chef who specialises in authentic French cuisine but is also an expert in creating popular meals from a variety of different cultures.

She uses the cookbooks, recipes and family secrets from her Grandmother that mean her food is authentic, humble and hearty.

Her 15 years’ culinary experience and traditional cooking style mean that she can craft the most flavorsome and authentic dishes that will leave your guests wanting more.

Shaheed, our Manager

Our manager - but also: photographer, event manager, accountant, driver, and Manou’s psychological support system...
In other words, without him, we aren’t really sure LCDM would have made it to its 6th anniversary at all. We are incredibly grateful to have him in our team, for his ability to stay calm and positive even in stressful times, and for everything Shaheed has done for the company in the past six years.

Jho, our Head Chef

With us since August 2015, Jhonathan was one of the first members of our team! Since the very beginning of his time at LCDM, Jho has brought a contagiously positive energy to the kitchen each and every day, and finds humour in every situation.  Jhonathan is always happy to try new recipes - from traditional cuisines to vegan dishes for Manou’s daughter, he really does it all.

Basheer, our Chef

Our chef working alongside Jho, Basheer brings absolute kindness, positivity, and hard work to every single thing he does. Besides being an amazing cook - specializing in traditional cuisines, but capable of making anything he puts his mind to, Basheer has consistently been a calming and warm presence in our team since arriving in September 2017.

Kalum, our Pastry Chef

The newest member of our team, Kalum has been a part of our LCDM family since July 2018. In charge of all orders made to our pastry section, Kalum can do it all - from our afternoon tea snacks, dessert platters, or traditional French pastries and tarts. Thank you for everything you do Kalum!

Noushad, our Driver

Our full time driver at LCDM, Noushad (aka Noushu😁) has been an invaluable member of our team since September of 2017. Probably one of our best known employees to our clients, Noushad is the one that gets all your orders delivered to you - and almost always on time😅!
