Since opening our doors in November 2014, La Cuisine de Manou has become a beloved name in Abu Dhabi’s culinary scene. What began as a passion for homemade food and heartfelt hospitality quickly turned into a go-to destination for those craving authentic flavors and memorable dining experiences.
At La Cuisine de Manou, food is more than just a meal—it’s a way to connect, to celebrate, and to share love. Every dish on our 100% homemade menu is crafted with care, rooted in tradition, and bursting with flavor. It’s this dedication to quality and authenticity that continues to set us apart.
Our expertise lies in full-service catering across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Whether it’s a cozy private dinner, a joyful baby shower, an elegant wedding, or a large-scale corporate event, we bring our signature warmth, creativity, and attention to detail to every occasion.
From custom-designed menus and floral arrangements to tableware, linens, and everything in between, our team ensures every element is thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented—so you can focus on enjoying the moment.
In 2021, we opened our first café at the Alliance Française in Khalidiyah, a space that brought our flavors to a broader community. Though it later closed, our journey didn’t stop there. In early 2024, we proudly opened our second café at the American Community School on Saadiyat Island, continuing our story in a vibrant new setting.

Manou Magnin, is a passionate chef with over 15 years of culinary experience, specializing in authentic French cuisine and inspired by flavors from around the world.
Known for her commitment to authenticity and her love of sharing hearty, flavorsome food, Manou has built a reputation for creating dishes that leave a lasting impression.

“My culinary journey started with cherished recipes from family and friends, which ignited my passion for food - simple, authentic, and made with love.
In 2013, I took a leap of faith, leaving behind the comforts of a steady job and selling our home to pursue my dream of bringing my love for food to life. I traveled to France, where I spent a few months refining my skills in pastry and baking. The experience was challenging, but it was also deeply rewarding.
In September 2014, La Cuisine de Manou was born, a true labor of love and the perfect birthday gift to myself after months of hard work. Over the years, this journey has been filled with late nights, endless learning, and moments of incredible joy.
Through it all, my goal has remained the same: to bring people together with food that is authentic, flavorsome, and crafted with care.
